This was a song Gary and I used to sing all the time for no reason. Last week I heard it on the radio and it brought back great memories. The times that were spent in the early 90’s shaped me and everyone I consider my best buddies. I do not live my life in the “rear view mirror” but sometimes its good to remember your roots wouldn’t you agree?
Now to the road ahead. I do not know what it has for me but I am willing. Last night I went before the LBA at Emmanuel FMC and requested approval for me to be a Local Ministerial Candidate. I am awaiting their response but I am sure all is well. This starts a long road of ministerial prep. I have books to read and classes to take but ordination can be seen at the end of a 3-4 year tunnel. We will see where God leads me from there. You ever know there are FMC in the southern tier of NY. I don’t know why that might be important so until we meet again remember “I will grant peace in the land, and you will lie down and no one will make you afraid. I will remove savage beasts from the land, and the sword will not pass through your country” Leviticus 26:6
